Is there a Demo I can try before purchasing?
Of course. You can download the entire SportsWare program which includes Plus, Basic, Quick Treatments, and the SAC-TRAC Concussion module. The demo will give you full access to the SportsWare program allowing you to enter up to 20 records. Click below to visit the download page.

Is SportsWare Network Compatible?
YES. The ideal network configuration for SportsWare is to load the application on the users’ computers, move the database to a server, and point each user’s computer to the database located on the server.

What type of PDA will work with SportsWare?
SportsWare is compatible with Palm OS and Windows Mobile Classic/Professional Operating Systems. Your PDA must have a touchscreen to be compatible. Contact CSMi for more detailed info.

Can I upgrade from SportsWare Basic to SportsWare Plus?
Yes. You can upgrade from SportsWare Basic to SportsWare Plus for the difference in cost between the two programs, i.e. $300 per license.

Can I have SportsWare Basic and SportsWare Plus on the same network?
Yes. You can install SportsWare Basic and SportsWare Plus on the same network.

Do I have to buy multiple copies of SportsWare if I plan to run the program on a network?

How often are updates released?

We release a new version of SportsWare annually in August. Be sure to visit us at the NATA National Meeting to get a preview of what's new. During the year we may release service updates to the current SportsWare programs to address minor issues in the software, check our download page for the most current release of your SportsWare program. Is SportsWare HIPAA compliant?

CSMi certifies that to the best of its' ability and understanding, the SportsWare Injury Tracking software program has been designed to meet or exceed the guidelines set forth by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). SportsWare can be configured to require each user to log in with a username and password whenever the application is run. The database which stores all your information is password protected, CSMi does not distribute this password. You can learn more about HIPAA from these websites:

Will SportsWare work on a Blackberry?
No. SportsWare is not compatible with Blackberry's.

Will SportsWare work on an iPhone?
No. SportsWare is not compatible with the iPhone.

Is SportsWare compatible with MAC?
No. SportsWare is compatible with Windows 98 and above, including Vista.
